The TNT 3D Manufacturing Facility
Learn more about our newly acquired facility in Zebulon, North Carolina and how you can help us bring this facility to life!

During the first walkthrough (April 2025) our newly acquired facility was visited by a representative from U.S. Senator Thom Tillis’s office, the Executive Director of the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce, the Zebulon mayor, university experts and more.
We look forward to a ribbon cutting in the future.
Renovations Coming Soon!
And You Can Help!
Don’t be fooled by these early photos. We will be renovating this location into an affordable housing powerhouse!
Our Zebulon facility will serve as our centralized hub for all 3D printing processes and construction. By consolidating the build location for our products we gain increased control over the quality of our deliverables, weather protection, and benefit from the advantages of prefabrication modular construction. This location also serves as the Eco Materials Research Facility, for workforce development training in the 3DCP industry.
Now that we have acquired the facility, our next steps are to renovate it into our 3D Concrete Printing facility. We are seeking Corporate Sponsorship Donations & warehouse equipment donations to help bring our factory online. All donations will be accepted through our non-profit. Learn more about the two donation types below, sponsors & equipment.
Benefits of Your Donation
– Recognition as an Industry Leader in Innovation & Sustainability
– Brand Exposure through Media Coverage, Press Releases, Our Website, and Community Events
– Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Impact – Help address housing shortages & support workforce development

Corporate Sponsorships
To achieve our mission, we seek corporate donations, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions to support the development of our newly acquired 25,000 sq. ft. 3DCP manufacturing facility. Your company’s involvement in this initiative will enhance brand visibility and position you as a sustainable, affordable housing solution champion.
We’re not just printing affordable housing! If you can imagine it, we can print it.
How Your Company Can Sponsor This Initiative:
● Red Tier: $10,000 Donation helps us make a local impact in Wake County
● Blue Tier: $25,000 Donation helps us make a regional impact in North Carolina
● Gold Tier: $100,000+ Donation will help us make our NC impact faster, and expand our impact across the United States and around the globe.
Bonus Benefit of Your Donation
Your donation will permanently etch your company’s name into our facility’s concrete printed plant wall, for all to see. The color of flower in your designated plant space will mark your donation level. Your donation level will also determine your placement on the wall, with Gold Donors being placed on the wall at eye level, Blue donors slightly above that, and Red Donors at the top of our wall. No matter your donation level, you will make a direct difference in helping make 3D concrete printed affordable homes accessible & empowering our use of sustainable materials that help protect the environment within our construction.
