TNT Eco Materials Company

Our commitment to sustainability ensures that we are not only meeting the needs of today’s communities but also protecting resources for future generations. Through innovation and responsible practices, we aim to set a new standard for environmentally conscious construction.

Since 2020, we have begun directly investing our resources into developing eco-friendly materials, products, and processes that will reduce environmental impact while maintaining the durability and quality our clients expect.

TNT’s primary business remains the construction and sale of homes for developers and private property owners, though the product line now includes industry-leading 3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) and eco-friendly materials. The Eco-Materials market provides revenue opportunities beyond that of traditional construction; therefore, a separate business entity named “TNT Eco-Materials Company” has been established.

About Our Originally Developed Concrete

In March, 2022 TNT paid North Carolina State University for Research and Development, resulting in a patented IP for Calcium Carbonate Mineralization of Hemp Fiber, known as “Fibre Grow.” The IP was submitted to the US Patent Office on June 13, 2024. The patent applies to a wide range of building materials, including drywall, stucco, cement, and other construction products, offering a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional options. Together, TNT Development and NCSU successfully engineered materials designed to enhance sustainability across construction.

Commercialization is underway for the TNT Eco-Materials Companyand its IP, which TNT Development owns and operates. This division is focused on bringing the patented technology to market, providing builders and developers with high-performance, environmentally conscious materials. The commercialization process underscores TNT’s dedication to driving change within the construction sector, blending innovation, environmental responsibility, and cutting-edge technology to shape a greener future.

Sustainable Ingredients in Our Patented Eco Concrete

TNT’s $600k investment in innovative materials draw inspiration from both land and sea, combining the strength of renewable hemp fibers with the bondability of nutrient-rich seaweed. This unique blend harnesses the best of both worlds to create sustainable, high-performance construction products. By utilizing resources that grow rapidly and regenerate naturally, TNT is reducing reliance on traditional materials while promoting a balanced approach to environmental stewardship.

Hemp Fibers

Hemp fibers play a pivotal role in the development of TNT’s sustainable patented material, offering a versatile and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional construction components. Known for their strength, durability, and renewable nature, hemp fibers are an ideal ingredient for creating high-performance building materials. When combined with TNT’s innovative Calcium Carbonate Mineralization process, these fibers gain enhanced structural integrity and resilience, making them suitable for applications such as drywall, stucco, and cement. Hemp’s rapid growth cycle and minimal environmental footprint make it a sustainable choice, reducing reliance on resource-intensive materials.

Seaweed

Seaweed is a remarkable ingredient in TNT’s sustainable patented material, offering unique properties that enhance both performance and environmental benefits. Rich in natural polysaccharides and minerals, seaweed contributes to improved binding and durability in construction materials. Its ability to sequester carbon during growth makes it an exceptional renewable resource, actively reducing greenhouse gas levels while regenerating marine ecosystems. Unlike traditional ingredients, seaweed is abundant, fast-growing, and requires no freshwater or arable land, making it an incredibly sustainable option. By utilizing seaweed in our materials, TNT is not only advancing innovative building solutions but also promoting the use of renewable ocean resources in sustainable construction.

Proprietary Blend

At the heart of TNT’s sustainable building materials is our proprietary blend, a carefully engineered formula designed to enhance both environmental responsibility and construction durability. While key components like hemp fibers and seaweed are central to our innovation, the blend also includes additional specialized ingredients that remain confidential to protect the uniqueness of our patented process. These undisclosed elements work in harmony with the primary materials to optimize performance, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of strength, efficiency, and sustainability. This proprietary approach reflects our commitment to innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in eco-conscious construction solutions.

3D Printed Homes

The market for 3DCP is growing rapidly because of increasing demand for affordable, sustainable, and quickly constructed homes. We are leveraging this technology to tackle housing shortages by decreasing construction time, materials usage, and labor costs. The need and potential for automation in the construction industry and the impact of 3DCP on construction costs is substantial and well-documented.

Sustainability: 3DCP’s precision minimizes construction waste, making it a more sustainable option. Additionally, many 3D-printed homes use eco-friendly or recycled materials.

Energy Efficiency: 3DCP homes can be designed with superior insulation, improving their thermal properties and lowering energy consumption

Modular Homes

Unlike traditional homes, modular homes are constructed in a factory setting in sections, or “modules,” before being transported to the site and assembled. This controlled environment allows for precise craftsmanship, shorter build times, and reduced material waste. Modular homes can be customized to meet specific design preferences while still benefiting from cost savings and faster construction compared to conventional building methods. With their energy-efficient designs and eco-friendly materials, modular homes provide a more sustainable housing option.

Environmental Benefits: Modular homes produce about half as much construction waste as site-built homes, making them more environmentally friendly.

Energy Efficiency: Often have better insulation and energy-efficiencies, saving on utility bills.

Furniture & Decor

This marketsegment is growing rapidly because of rising interest in custom, durable, and sustainable designs. The range of 3DCP applications includes indoor and outdoor uses with innovations such as modular furniture, facade elements, and decorative pieces that are highly customizable and more eco-friendly than traditional manufacturing.

Sustainability: This method can use recycled materials and produce less waste than traditional manufacturing processes, making it more environmentally friendly.

Retaining Walls

Retaining walls are essential structures designed to provide stability and support in areas where soil needs to be retained at different levels. They are commonly used in both residential and commercial projects to prevent erosion, manage water flow, and create usable spaces on sloped or uneven terrain. Whether for decorative garden borders or large-scale construction, retaining walls play a critical role in shaping and protecting the built environment.

Energy Efficiency: 3DCP’s precision reduces material waste and ensuresthat the walls are built to exact  specifications, improving overall efficiency.

Container Homes

Container homes are an innovative and sustainable housing solution that repurposes shipping containers into fully functional living spaces. These homes offer a unique blend of durability, affordability, and eco-friendliness, as repurposed containers reduces the need for new materials, minimizing waste and promoting sustainability.

•Eco-Friendly: Using repurposed shipping containers reduces waste and conservesresources, contributing to a lower environmental impact.

Reduced Carbon Footprint: Recycling containers helpsreduce the demand for new building materials, which in turn lowers carbon footprints.

Upfit & Renovations

Upfits and renovations are essential services that breathe new life into existing spaces, offering the opportunity to enhance functionality, improve aesthetic appeal, and incorporate sustainable practices. By repurposing and upgrading existing structures, these projects help reduce the demand for new materials, minimize waste, and lower the environmental impact of construction. Energy-efficient systems, eco-friendly materials, and thoughtful design choices all contribute to creating spaces that are not only more efficient but also better for the environment.

  • Energy Efficiency: Modern upfits often include energy-efficient lighting, HVAC systems, and insulation, which can reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
